My whole life I was trying to eat healthier, lose weight & exercise more with the goal of having a slimmer body – or more accurately: I wanted to fit in, feel like I was enough & have men pick me over my best friend for a change. I tried every diet, joined countless gyms, and sought advice from various professionals, only to find myself feeling defeated and questioning what was wrong with me.

It wasn't until a transformative yoga teacher training in 2016, that I joined by chance, that I experienced a profound shift. Daily yoga, yoga nidra, and breathwork brought me a sense of inner peace and control around food that I had never experienced before. This sparked my curiosity and led me to delve deeper into the study of nutrition, habit & behaviour change, and the ancient wisdom of Yoga & Ayurveda.

Through my own journey of self-discovery & healing I established that I was having a very human reaction to childhood trauma, living an unbalanced life and eating an unhealthy diet. That in a nutshell is how I found my passion for helping others overcome similar challenges.
