FAQ's

1. What is the time investment?

We start with the weekly coaching sessions as specified in the summary above. The more time you are willing to invest outside of these, the faster you will see progress. That said to create lasting change it helps to start small, with as little as 2 minutes a day and will really depend on your life and current situation. 

2. do i need to become vegan or vegetarian?

No. My whole theory around food is to help you find balance, which only works if you eat what your body needs, what it can digest easily and provides you with adequate satisfaction. As everyone is different, this looks different for every individual and can include meat if so desired (I also eat meat). Either way a protein source is essential to your diet and there are plenty of options. 

3. do I need to take up yoga classes & meditation?

No. As much as a regular yoga & meditation class will be beneficial in many ways, what I recommend are more therapeutic practices that help you manage stress and anxiety and help you cultivate peace of mind. I will never force you to do anything you don't want to do, but I do ask you to be open to try new things and see what positive effects they may have on your life. 

4. will i lose weight?

Before I answer this I want to say that I don't believe you need to be 'skinny' to be healthy, nor do I  believe that losing weight is the key to finding happiness. That said, weight-loss will be a natural side effect when you're no longer binging and instead, living a healthier lifestyle.
